As part of one of the deliverables for this UNIDO supported project, Venture Center intends to develop a reference handbook for tech transfer offices (TTOs) illustrating topics such as overview of functions and activities of TTO – creating pipeline and leads, deal making, deal structure and agreement, post deal contract life cycle management, specialized activities such as tech venturing and spinouts using case studies and much more.
The handbook shall be published as an e-book on Amazon and the printed version will be made available to registered participants of the Webinar and In-person Certificate Course. Limited copies will also be made available to stakeholders for feedback and generating ecosystem adoption.
